Why should I register?
Registering gives you untold access to many cool
features that a public user just doesn't have
access to! Depending on which registration option
you choose, allows you to access different levels
of features. Of course you can still search for
images if you are not registered.

How do I register?
It's easy! Click any where you see [Register].
There is a link on the homepage and when you
enlarge an image or when you try to access a
feature only available to registered users.
Clicking on the link will take you to the
registration page. You will have two options;
Quick Registration or Full Member Registration:
Quick Registration (Level 1):
Give us just a small amount of information on
yourself and/or your company and you will have
access to:
myLightbox - save your selection and share it with others
email support - 5days a week
Full Registration (Level 2):
Give us more information on yourself and/or your
company and you will have access to greater range

Notification of your registration will be sent by
email. The email will confirm your username/login
and password.

What is myWildlight?
myWildlight is your dashboard for organising
images and accessing orders & invoices.
Registered users can login and access;
myLightbox, View eSearch, Request an eSearch,
myCart, myOrders and myProfile. You can also
search for images and browse our library through
collections.
myLightbox-Store your image selection and email
it to others. View eSearch - Free personalised
research by Wildlight staff, saved in a custom
lightbox. Request eSearch-Brief Wildlight staff
to search for images. myCart- Permanent shopping
cart that you can save. myOrders- Access saved
usage pricing and review previous invoices.
myProfile- Keep your contact information up to
date.

What is a Lightbox and how do I get one?
A lightbox is a space to save selected images in
while searching or browsing. The images in a
lightbox are saved indefinitely, so you can
return to your lightbox at a later date. You can
only get a lightbox by registering on our site.

How do I add to a lightbox?
You must first login. Then search or browse for
images. Click on a thumbnail, a larger
watermarked image will appear, above this image
is [Add to Lightbox]. Clicking this link takes
you to an intermediate window, giving you two
options, [Go Back] or [View Lightbox]. Clicking
[Go Back] returns you to the thumbnail page.
Clicking [View Lightbox] takes you to myLightbox.

What is myLightbox?
myLightbox is your personal lightbox space for
saving a selection of images. Any number of
images can be added to the lightbox. Below each
thumbnail image are three options. You can view
them larger by pressing [view]. You can add
comments to the image by pressing [notes]
function, or they can be deleted by pressing [delete].

Where do I login?
There are many links to Login throughout the
site. The best place to login is by clicking on
myWildlight. This enables you to access other
features of the site such as lightboxes and
eSeaches straight away! Another login link is on
the homepage.

Why do I have to login again after I have left my computer for a while?
For reasons of security, if our website is not
used for more than one hour the system logs you
out.

Why do I get one of these messages when I login?
This user does not exist.
Perhaps you have not entered your email address
or your username correctly! Check the spelling of
your username/login and try again. Perhaps the
username/login is your email address. Refer to
the notification email we sent you when you
registered. Contact us if all else fails.
Password is not correct
Check the spelling of your password and try
again. Refer to the notification email we sent
you when you registered. Contact us if all else
fails.
